NoHo Lofts
Formerly a dilapidated music school located on the northeast corner of Magnolia Blvd. and Riverton Ave. in the city of Los Angeles the North Hollywood lofts represent the creation of an art and architectural anchor for a neighborhood that is transforming into an art mecca. The old recording studio on 25,000 square feet of land was demolished at the site for 36 for sale lofts with 12 foot ceiling clearance and 1,000 square feet of floor area along with 2,800 square feet of ground level retail. The Zenith team effectively negotiated the purchase of the property from the owners of the music school and then worked with City of Los Angeles and North Hollywood redevelopment area officials to obtain the necessary entitlements and permits for the project. The NoHo loft project serves as a catalyst for the revitalization of the area and enhancement of the community.
