Palm Desert Luxury Condo Hotel
The Zenith team purchased one of the last remaining vacant land sites in the El Paseo Business District of Palm Desert. The 3.35 acre site on Frontage Road is just south of Monterrey and El Paseo Drive. In making for a cleaner, more rectangular site Zenith were also able to acquire the adjacent 0.84 acre site which currently holds a well established local restaurant. The restaurant will remain in place as the team prepares to build a high-end boutique condominium hotel with staggered heights for executive and single suites, each with its own sitting room and patio deck. The project is just two blocks south of Palm Desert’s upscale shopping district on El Paseo, with restaurants and retailers a short walk away. The project will also feature pool and courtyard, rooftop bar and grill, pedestrian oriented garden courtyard shopping center, spa and community BBQ area and joint shuttle service with Big Horn Resort which is a short drive south of the project. Unit sizes for the project will average approximately 1,500 square feet. The project is the second condo-hotel project for the area and has received a very enthusiastic response by the City of Palm Desert.
